Judicial Watch notified the Oregon's Secretary of State, and the counties of Multnomah and Lane, of Oregon's evident violations of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993.
Oregon's 2020 Election Director, Steve Trout was fired for disclosing security concerns. His Transition Document is below.
Oregon laws allow voters to only attest to who they are or where they live. Though the voter application asks for ID, no ID is required. They will still be registered if they do not give ID. They only need to think of Oregon as their home and intend to return here someday, even if they currently are living out of state.

The 2022 Legislature passed SB1527 which gave authority to only the Secretary of State to oversee all recounts and certify election results.

The election night reporting system is not audited or at least no public reporting of the process is disclosed. It's time for a real audit of the entire system, including the 2020 general election from a 3rd party professional auditor. Tell the Legislature to do their job.
