The Referendum process allows Oregon voters to overturn a bill passed by the Oregon Legislature and signed by the Governor. Referendum 303 is to bring HB3291 before the people for a vote.
Only registered Oregon voters can use this petition.
HB3291 will go into effect on Sept 25th, unless enough voters sign the referendum so that it will be put on the ballot in 2022. HB3291 allows late arriving ballots up to 7 days after the election to be counted in an election.

HB3291 allows ballots to arrive up to 7 days post election. The only requirement is that the voter sign the back of the ballot's preprinted section that says they mailed it before 8 PM on election day. It is assumed that they did. No postal indicator is actually required. We believe this will make our elections vulnerable to fraud. The elections office does not have control of ballots during the mailing process. We saw that in Pennsylvania during the 2020 elections that postal workers whistle blowers claimed ballots were postdated to election day. https://youtu.be/J-D-2GOswwA Why should the election be vulnerable to this? Lets all get our ballots in on time.
To get HB3291 on the ballot we need nearly 75 K signatures. That is the referendum 303 effort. The single signer 303 E-sheet is for one single voter to print, sign and send in to the chief petitioner below. We need these in time to sort them and turn them in by Sept 24th, 2021. No need to print the text of HB3291 for the single signer sheet.
If you want to use the 10 line sheet to gather multiple signatures, then you must print and carry the HB3291 text and allow signers to read if they desire.
